Versatile Hot and Cold Therapy
Our rice packs are perfect for both hot and cold therapy applications:
- Heat therapy: Microwave the pack in increments up to 2 minutes for soothing warmth that eases muscle tension and promotes relaxation. Alternatively, heat in a regular oven for 30 minutes wrapped in heavy foil (never use foil in the microwave).
- Cold therapy: Chill in a freezer bag to create a cold compress that reduces swelling, numbs pain, and provides refreshing relief for headaches or injuries.

Usage Instructions
- For hot therapy: Heat in microwave in increments up to 1 minute. Use caution to avoid excess heat or damage.
- For cold therapy: Chill in a freezer bag for 2 hours to create a cold compress.
How To Care For Your Heating Packs
- Cleaning: Cold wash cover, line dry. Do not wash the filled insert.
- Scent refreshing: If desired, add 1-2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to refresh the aroma.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry area. UV damage may appear if left near windows for extended periods.
